Thank you for choosing Printzone Advertising LLC, your trusted partner for vehicle branding and promotional services. Before you engage with us, we encourage you to carefully review the following terms and conditions. These guidelines establish the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Printzone Advertising LLC.

1. Service Confirmation

All projects will begin upon receipt of an official Local Purchase Order (LPO) from the Client.

2. Payment Structure

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the job for vehicle graphics.

Payment Modes

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Cheque
• Bank transfer
• Online payment
• Card payment

Please note that an additional 2.5% fee will apply to card payments.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you decide to cancel prior to the start of work, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
• Cancellation After Work Has Started: Refunds will be calculated based on the extent of work completed if a project is canceled during its execution.

5. Approvals and Permissions

Printzone will take care of the necessary approvals and permissions related to the branding process.

Clients are responsible for approving colour samples and designs before production begins.

Where applicable, the required documents must be submitted to facilitate the approval process.

6. Additional Conditions and Variations

• The quantity mentioned in the proposal will be charged based on the actual quantity completed.
• Clients must approve colour samples before production begins.
• Charges for removing existing/old stickers will apply if they are not already included in the proposal.
• Full vehicle branding does not include stickers on the vehicle windshield, in accordance with applicable RTA rules and regulations.
• Pricing does not include branding on the vehicle roof. If the Client wishes to brand the roof, a separate quotation will be provided.
• Additional expenses may apply for vehicle registration or Mulkiya updates. The approximate amount for a Mulkiya colour-change update is AED 800 per vehicle, payable by the Client to the vehicle registration authority.
• Any applicable registration update fees or authority charges are the responsibility of the Client.

7. Warranty Information

Printzone offers a two-year warranty covering issues related to:

• Vinyl peeling
• Lamination
• Fading

The warranty does not cover the vehicle roof, bonnet and top areas.

Any sticker-related repair must be reported to Printzone within 10 days after the branding has been completed. Repairs reported after this period will be chargeable.

For valid warranty claims reported within the applicable period, Printzone will address and correct the covered issue.

8. Required Documentation

The following documents may be required to proceed with the vehicle branding and approval process:

• Copy of Trade License
• Copy of Vehicle Registration Card/Mulkiya (both sides)
• Actual straight photographs of all four sides of the vehicle
• No Objection Letter, if the vehicle is from a leasing company
• Brand Certificate, if applicable

9. Client Responsibility and Compliance

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and the necessary documentation required for the branding and approval process.

The Client must review and approve the proposed designs and colour samples before production begins.
