Printzone Advertising LLC Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Printzone Advertising LLC, your trusted partner for innovative vehicle branding and promotional services. Before you engage with us, we encourage you to carefully review the following terms and conditions. These guidelines establish the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Printzone Advertising LLC.
1. Service Confirmation:
All projects will begin upon receipt of an official Purchase Order (PO) from the Client.
2. Payment Structure:
- Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work, prior to delivery.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you decide to cancel prior to the start of work, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
- Cancellation After Work Has Started: Refunds will be calculated based on the extent of work completed if a project is canceled during its execution.

5. Approvals and Permissions:
Printzone will take care of all necessary government approvals. Clients must approve color samples and designs before production begins.
6. Additional Conditions:
- Pricing does not include branding on the vehicle roof. If the customer wishes to brand the roof, we will provide a quote accordingly.
- As per RTA regulations, window stickers are not approved. However, we can proceed with them at the customer’s request.
- Additional fees may apply for removing existing stickers unless previously included in the proposal.
- Clients are responsible for any registration update fees, which may vary based on the vehicle.
7. Warranty Information:
We offer a warranty for up to 2 years against issues such as vinyl peeling, lamination, and fading. Please note that this warranty does not cover the roof and bonnet. For warranty claims, Printzone will correct the issue.
8. Required Documentation:
- Copy of Trade License
- Vehicle Registration Document (Both Sides)
- Photos of All Four Sides of the Vehicle
- No Objection Letter (if applicable)
- Brand Certificate (if necessary)
